Amsoil Synthetic Water-Resistant Grease is a specialized extreme-pressure lubricant formulated to remain in place even when fully submerged in water, preventing rust and seized bearings.

Standard grease has a weakness: water. When you drive through a deep monsoon puddle or cross a river in your 4x4, normal grease "emulsifies" (turns milky), loses its lubricity, and washes away. This leads to rusted wheel bearings and seized winch gears. Amsoil Water-Resistant Grease is cohesive and adhesive. It chemically seals metal surfaces against moisture, refusing to wash off even under the pressure of a water jet.

Maximum Washout Resistance Passes the severe ASTM D1264 Water Washout Test with flying colors. It stays packed inside the bearing even when the wheel is submerged in a river.
