That's what makes coating fabric worth doing — not appearance, but the fact that it converts an absorbent surface into one that beads liquid on top long enough to blot it away. FabricCoat was the first fully functional textile protectant built on SiO₂, and it delivers that hydrophobic barrier plus UV protection without changing the look, feel, colour or texture of the material. FabricCleaner comes first because a coating only bonds to a clean surface: it's a strong water-based cleaner and pre-spray for upholstery, and it's what you'll keep using afterwards to maintain the coated seats.

## 🛠️ How to Use

**Clean Thoroughly** Vacuum, then work FabricCleaner through the upholstery and extract if you have a machine. The coating only bonds to genuinely clean fabric.

**Dry Completely** Let the fabric dry fully before coating. Any residual moisture trapped under the coat compromises the bond.

**Apply and Cure** Shake well and apply an even layer with a microfibre applicator in a well-ventilated area. Let it cure fully — a second layer can go on afterwards if you want more protection.
