**Clear the Source** Remove whatever is causing the smell and vacuum the surrounding carpet and upholstery. The Re-Fresher treats the air, not a rotting source still in the boot.

**Set Up the Cabin** Start the engine, set the fan to high on cold with recirculate on, and close all the windows. Turn off any cabin air intake from outside.

**Discharge and Air Out** With the nozzle pointed away from you, lock the trigger, set the can on the floor between the front and rear seats, and close the doors for 15 minutes. Then switch off, open everything and air the car out for another 10–15 minutes.
