OVERVIEW — Our Commitment to You
Thank you for shopping with Automize. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and handle returns for all domestic orders. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
PROCESSING — Order Processing
Since most of our orders are Cash on Delivery (COD), orders are processed once a customer confirms their order with our team. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation once your order is placed, and tracking information will be shared with you after your order has been dispatched.
DELIVERY — Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship to domestic locations only. The following options are available at checkout:

TRACKING — Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you within a few hours. Use this to track your shipment through our courier partner's website.
If you have not received your tracking details after dispatch, please reach out to us using the contact details below.
RETURNS — Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility Window We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible Items To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following criteria:
- Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
- Unused and in original, undamaged condition
- In original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Eligible Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Oils and fluids in large packaging
- Unsealed items or products with broken packaging seals
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale

Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: Automize will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Change of mind: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
- Message us on WhatsApp at 0300 850 0259 with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
DAMAGED ITEMS — Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
