  Clean the Surface Wash the metal surface first to remove loose dirt and heavy carbon buildup. Ensure the metal is completely dry before polishing.

  Apply the Polish Scoop a small amount of Meguiar's Metal Polish onto a clean microfiber applicator pad (or a polishing cone attached to a drill for faster results).

  Work It In Rub the polish firmly into the metal. The product will quickly turn black as it lifts the oxidation. This is perfectly normal and means the polish is working!

  The Final Buff Before the polish dries completely, use a clean, dry microfiber towel to wipe away the black residue and buff the area to a brilliant shine.
