Carpet doesn't hold dirt on the surface. It holds it down in the pile. That's why a cloth and a spray bottle lift the top layer and leave the car looking better without being properly clean — the ground-in traffic, grit and body oils are further down than hand pressure reaches, and the stain comes back as the fibres dry. Agitation is the answer, and agitation by hand across four footwells and a boot is the part of an interior detail everyone quietly dreads. This kit hands that job to a drill. The 4" brush attaches to any standard drill and drives consistent agitation deep into carpet and upholstery, while the Total Interior Cleanser emulsifies and lifts the dirt out rather than pushing it around. The cleanser is pH-neutral and multi-surface, so once the carpets are done the same bottle handles the steering wheel, gear shifter, door pulls, vinyl, plastic and leather.

What's in the Kit

A drill is required and not supplied. Keep the drill on low speed and let the brush do the work — excessive speed or pressure will fray carpet fibres and mar delicate surfaces. Test on an inconspicuous area first, particularly on leather, light-coloured fabric and anything aged or previously treated, and allow surfaces to dry fully before closing the vehicle.
