  Wash and Dry Always start with a clean car. Wash and dry your vehicle thoroughly to remove any loose dirt that could cause scratching.

  Lubricate Generously Knead the 80g clay bar into a flat disc. Spray a high-quality clay lubricant or quick detailer heavily onto a 2x2 foot section of the paint. Never use clay on dry paint.

  Glide the Clay Gently rub the clay bar back and forth over the lubricated area with zero downward pressure. You will feel it "grab" initially, then glide silently as the paint becomes perfectly smooth.

  Fold and Wipe Wipe the excess lubricant off with a microfiber towel. Check the clay; if it's dirty, fold it in half to expose a clean surface before moving to the next section.
