A cleaner needs enough alkalinity to break down body oils and ground-in dirt; a care product needs to leave something behind. Ask one product to do both and it compromises on each. MZR is the German workhorse here — an alkaline interior-focused cleaner for fabric, headliner, plastics, dashboards and door cards, the bottle you reach for before anything else happens. Leather Star follows on the seats: a care emulsion built on cosmetic-grade active ingredients that keeps leather supple and protected against becoming brittle, with a natural semi-gloss finish and no slipperiness. Top Star finishes the plastics — deep-pore cleaning and conditioning in one, leaving a semi-matt OEM-style sheen with UV protection and an anti-static effect that keeps dust from settling straight back on.

Koch Chemie advise against applying Top Star to steering wheels, pedals or rubber floor mats, where it can leave a slick surface, and against use on or near polycarbonate. MZR is alkaline — dilute per the label, test on an inconspicuous area first, particularly on headliners and delicate fabrics, and never let product dry on a surface. Refer to each manufacturer's label for dilution and current guidance.
