  Flawless Prep The secret to ceramic is in the prep. Wash, clay bar, and machine polish your paint to remove all swirls and defects. Finally, wipe every panel down with an Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) prep spray to strip away lingering oils.

  The Application Grid Wrap a suede cloth around your applicator block and apply 5-6 drops of the coating. Working in small 2x2 foot sections, wipe the product onto the paint in a tight "cross-hatch" pattern (up-and-down, then side-to-side).

  Watch for the "Flash" Wait for the liquid to react with the air. You will see it begin to bead slightly or display an oil-slick "rainbow" effect. This usually takes 1 to 3 minutes, depending on the temperature in your garage.

  Level and Buff As soon as it flashes, use a clean, low-pile microfiber towel to level the coating. Immediately follow up with a plush microfiber towel to buff the panel to a flawless shine. Allow the vehicle to cure in a dry place for 24 hours.
